Challenge: Many OEMs offer limited warranty on their products. In the absence of authorised Repair / Service support infrastructure, they are unable to offer long term service assurance to clients. Even the in-warranty repairs are mostly met through the RMA model, which can be expensive to offer.

Client on the other hand usually expect long term service on the equipment purchased.
